Main-Floor Refresh
A dated, high-gloss, red-toned floor made this hallway feel dark and narrow.
We installed light, natural-toned hardwood/laminate with a matte finish to brighten the space, highlight the grain, and create a clean, modern flow from front to back. The result is a warmer, more open look that stands up beautifully to everyday living.
Living/Dining Update
A high-gloss, orange-toned floor made this long room feel shiny and busy.
We installed a cool, charcoal-brown, matte hardwood for a cleaner, more modern look. Continuous planks visually lengthen the space, the neutral tone pairs with light walls, and the secured subfloor leaves the room solid and squeak-free.
Dining Room Brighten-Up
A worn, dark espresso floor made this room feel small and showed every mark.
We installed new, neutral-toned oak planks with a matte finish to lighten the space, soften the colour palette, and let natural light bounce around. Wider boards and a secured subfloor create a solid, squeak-free feel that complements the feature wall and modern décor.
Family Room Renewal
Years of wear left the original strip floor dull, scratched and uneven in colour.
We installed new select-grade oak planks in a warm natural tone, secured the subfloor to eliminate squeaks, and finished with crisp baseboard lines and clean vent transitions. The room now feels brighter, larger and ready for everyday living.
